What is Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise method dedicated to promoting physical health and wellbeing. It consists of predominantly mat-based exercises suitable for males and females, for all ages and all fitness levels.
Pilates is a great way to help reduce pain, improve posture and flexibility, prevent injury, increase strength and can help with weight loss management.

Private classes consist of an initial assessment to deterimine the client's needs, followed up by a tailored course to work on the client's specific goals.
