Personal Training

Whether you are looking to lose weight, become stronger, improve your fitness or just want a new challenge, we have something for everyone.

Our 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions are tailored to you and your individual goals. The session take place in our private studio in Wellesbourne.


During your initial session, we will first discuss your goals and what motivates you in detail.


We will then perform a thorough assessment looking at your movement and strength. This assessment along with your goals, will allow us to plan a progressive exercise programme tailored to you.


We will support you every step of the way, ensuring that we measure your progress. Our background in physiotherapy allows us to also provide advice on injury prevention and treatment.  


What To Bring

Please bring a water bottle and small towel to your sessions. Please wear appropriate clothing that you are happy to workout in and suitable trainers.  

Joint Sessions

Training with a friend is a great way to keep motivated and we offer joint personal training sessions so you can enjoy working out with a friend and split the cost.
